How quickly will you confirm my booking? +
We aim to confirm all booking requests within 2 hours during daytime hours. If you submit a request in the evening, you'll receive confirmation first thing the following morning. For urgent bookings, we recommend calling us directly at +1 587-802-4171.
What happens after I submit the form? +
Once you submit your request, our team reviews your booking details and contacts you by phone or email to confirm the appointment, finalise the price based on your vehicle, and answer any questions. No payment is required at this stage.
Can I book for the same day? +
Same-day bookings may be available depending on our schedule. If you need a same-day appointment, please call us directly rather than using the form — we can often accommodate short-notice requests if we have availability.
When do I pay for the service? +
Payment is collected on completion of the service, once you've had a chance to inspect the work and are fully satisfied. We accept cash, e-transfer, and all major credit cards. We never require upfront payment.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule? +
Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. You can call or email us and we'll happily find another time that works. Late cancellations under 24 hours may incur a $25 fee, but we handle these on a case-by-case basis and understand that life happens.
What if I'm not happy with the result? +
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you're not completely happy with the result, contact us within 24 hours and we'll return to address any concerns free of charge. We stand behind every job we do — no questions asked.
