What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept cash, e-transfer (Interac), and all major credit cards. Payment is collected on completion of the service once you've inspected the result and are satisfied. We never ask for payment upfront.
Do you charge extra for larger vehicles like SUVs or trucks? +
Yes — larger vehicles require more time and product, so pricing is adjusted accordingly. As a general guide, sedans are at the base price, SUVs and minivans add approximately $20–$40, and full-size trucks or vans may add $30–$60 depending on the service selected. We confirm this during booking.
What is your cancellation policy? +
We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a $25 late cancellation fee. We understand that life happens — just give us a call as soon as you know and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
